
Teresa Ribeiro
Master’s degree (MSc) in Economics and Public Policy from ISCTE; a degree in International Economics from Lusíada University; Senior Technician at the Portuguese Institute for Quality, responsible for promoting and disseminating quality, its concepts and the subsystems of standardisation, metrology and qualification.
She was Chair of the Supervisory Committee of the Vocational Training Centre for the Civil Construction and Public Works Sector in the South and Head of the Finance Department at the Vocational Training Centre for Office, Commerce, Services and New Technologies, where she also served as Data Protection Officer and Safety Representative.
She was Director of EU Funds Management Services at the Ministry of Internal Administration and was a member of the Group of Experts monitoring the activities of GRESI – the Strategic Reflection Group on Internal Security.
At the Ministry of Justice, she was a Member of the Governing Board of the Institute for Financial and Infrastructure Management in the Justice System (I.P.) and Deputy Director-General for Social Reintegration, with responsibility for financial and budgetary management.
At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she served as an expert on the Portuguese delegation to the European Council in Brussels (Committee 133 – External Relations) and at the WTO in Geneva (General Council, Committee on Trade and Development, Sub-Committee on Least Developed Countries, Committee on Trade and Environment)
