
João Cabrita
He holds a degree in Law from Lusíada University in Lisbon, having supplemented his education with an Advanced Programme in Human Resources Management (Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics) and an International Course in Internal Security Studies (Military University Institute).
He currently serves as Director of Services at the Superior Council of the Judiciary, where he has held various management and advisory roles within the administration of the judiciary. He was Deputy Director-General of the Directorate-General for the Administration of Justice, with responsibility for the management of human resources in the Portuguese courts of first instance and for the coordination of the Portuguese Criminal Register. In this capacity, he led the implementation of the exchange of criminal information with other European Union countries, thereby strengthening international judicial cooperation.
He has extensive experience in public administration, judicial administration, leadership and data protection, acquired throughout a career marked by participation in numerous strategic projects and national and international public tenders.
