André Magrinho

PhD in Management from the University of Beira Interior (UBI), specialising in “Competitive Intelligence” (2009). Bachelor’s and Master’s (MSc) degrees in Economics from ISEG. University lecturer in the fields of management and economics. Author of several specialist articles and book chapters on topics including economics, management, geopolitics and social responsibility, published in academic journals, as well as opinion pieces.

Deputy to the President of the AIP Foundation, responsible for overseeing and implementing various strategic programmes of the AIP Foundation, notably in the international sphere, particularly within the framework of BUSINESSMED (Euro-Mediterranean Union of Business Confederations). In addition, he sits on the governing bodies of several subsidiaries of the AIP Foundation, as well as on the Monitoring Committee of the “Network for Corporate Social Responsibility (REDE RSO PT)”, and on the General Council of the “Eurodefense Portugal” Association. Until 2023, and for around 10 years, he was a member of the Board of Directors of CINEL – the Vocational Training Centre for the Electronics, Energy, Telecommunications and Information Technology Industries.
